What is (un)Therapy?
(un)Therapy is consultation or coaching for people who don’t want or need traditional therapy. This type of work is for those who feel generally happy and well-adjusted but are seeking help with a very specific challenge or situation.
We will work together to define the situation, set specific goals and develop an actionable plan to reach those goals within a set timeframe. (un)Therapy is more active than traditional therapy and requires a firm commitment on your part to doing the work. Additionally, (un)Therapy differs from the deeper emotional work we do in therapy, therefore, I don’t treat issues such as anxiety and depression in this capacity.
