Our Levels of Care & Pricing

Finding the Right Fit for Your Needs

We understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Some people benefit most from steady weekly support. Others are ready for deeper focused work, or want an intensive format to address something specific with momentum.

To meet clients where they are, we offer three levels of care:

  • Traditional Therapy
  • Focused Sessions
  • Intensives

Below is an overview to help you choose the option that feels right for you.

Traditional Therapy

Consistent Support at a Comfortable Pace
Traditional therapy is our most common format and is a great fit for clients who want ongoing support and gradual, sustainable progress.

What it looks like:

  • 55-minute sessions
  • Typically scheduled weekly
  • Moves at a steady, supportive pace

Cost:

  • Insurance-friendly and often covered by most plans
  • $195 | 55 Minute Initial Session
  • $175 | 55 Minute Individual Session
  • $200 | 55 Minute Family Session
  • $200 | 55 Minute Couples Session
  • $40-$50 | 55 Minute Group Session
  • *Sliding Scale Options Available for Qualified Clients

Best for:

  • Ongoing personal growth and healing
  • Anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions
  • Building coping skills over time
  • Long-term goal work and emotional support

Traditional therapy offers consistency, relationship-building, and space to work through life’s challenges over time.

Focused Sessions

More Time to Go Deeper
Focused sessions are designed for clients who want more room for processing, exploration, and deeper work than a traditional session allows.

What it looks like:

  • 90-minute sessions
  • Scheduled weekly or every other week
  • Allows more time to dig into patterns, emotions, and meaningful change
  • Self-pay only

Cost:

  • $250 per 90-minute session

Best for:

  • Clients who feel like 55 minutes isn’t quite enough
  • Deeper trauma processing or emotional exploration
  • Couples or individuals working through a specific challenge
  • Those wanting more momentum between sessions

Focused sessions provide space to slow down, reflect, and work with greater depth.

Intensives

Deep, Meaningful Work in a Shorter Timeframe
Therapy intensives are designed for clients who are ready for focused, extended work around a specific concern. Instead of spreading progress over many weeks, intensives create dedicated time for deeper processing and resolution.

What it looks like:

  • 4-hour sessions
  • Designed for meaningful momentum and breakthrough work
  • Includes a required pre-intensive planning session
  • Follow-up sessions available as needed
  • Offered only by senior therapists
  • Self-pay only

Cost:

  • $1,200 per intensive

Currently available for:

  • EMDR Intensives
  • Couples Counseling Intensives

Important notes:

  • Pre-approval is required to ensure this format is clinically appropriate
  • Intensives are not covered by insurance

Best for:

  • Targeted trauma or EMDR work around a specific event or concern
  • Couples feeling stuck in repeated conflict cycles
  • Clients seeking deeper work and clarity in a structured format.
