Tijana Hilaris, LPC

(She/Her)

Therapy for high-performing adults, couples, and individuals navigating stress, trauma, and connection.

I work with adults, teens, couples, and high-performing individuals—including executives, athletes, and first responders—who are navigating stress, trauma, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients are used to carrying a lot and functioning at a high level, but want to feel more connected, regulated, and in control of how they show up in their lives.

Specialities:

  • Relationship Concerns, including communication, infidelity and intimacy
  • Trauma and EMDR
  • Stress, Overwhelm and Work/Life Balance
  • Coping Skills for High Stress Environments
  • Emotional Regulation

What to Expect

My approach is warm, direct, and empowering. Clients often describe sessions as clarifying, grounding, and energizing. I balance emotional support with practical guidance—helping you understand what’s happening internally while also giving you tools to create real, lasting change.

Sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented while still allowing space for what feels most present. We’ll explore patterns, process emotions, and build actionable strategies you can apply in real life. Some sessions focus on relationships, others on stress regulation or performance—but all aim to expand your emotional capacity and resilience.

The first session focuses on understanding your current challenges, goals, and priorities while creating a clear, personalized plan for how we’ll work together. When helpful, I’ll offer tailored between-session practices like somatic awareness, reflection exercises, or small, practical shifts to support progress.

We Might Be a Fit If You Feel…

  • “I’m under constant pressure, and it’s starting to affect my relationships or well-being.”
  • “I feel disconnected from my partner or loved ones.”
  • “I keep repeating the same patterns, even though I want things to change.”

A Little About Me

I became a therapist because I’m deeply interested in how people adapt, heal, and grow. I’m especially passionate about helping clients understand how stress, trauma, and relationships shape their lives—and how to move through challenges with more clarity, flexibility, and choice.

I may not be the best fit for clients needing specialized care for active substance dependence, severe eating disorders, or unmanaged psychosis.

If you’re ready to build resilience, improve your relationships, and feel more steady and in control—even in high-pressure environments—I’d be glad to work with you.
