Therapy for teens and young adults who want help with ADHD, anxiety, academic and career challenges and people pleasing.

I have extensive experience working with adolescents and teens in school-based settings and especially enjoy supporting young people as they navigate the social, emotional, academic, family, and relationship challenges that come with these stages of life. I also work affirmingly with neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ clients, BIPOC clients, first-generation college students, and parents.

What To Expect

Our first session is really about getting to know one another. We’ll talk about your background, what is bringing you to therapy, and what you would like to get out of our work together. You don’t need to walk in ready to tell me everything. You can share what feels comfortable, and we’ll move at a pace that works for you. Hannah – Elevate Profile

My style is warm, collaborative, and curious. Clients often describe sessions with me as comfortable and nonjudgmental—a space where they can talk openly without feeling like they have to have everything figured out first.

I’m genuinely interested in understanding how you became the person you are today. We’ll look at your experiences, relationships, thoughts, and patterns together—not because everything needs to be analyzed, but because sometimes understanding why we respond the way we do gives us more freedom to choose what we want to do differently.

We Might Be a Fit If You Think…

  • “Am I in the right relationship?”
  • “Did I choose the right career?”
  • “Why do I care so much about what everyone else thinks?”
  • “I know something needs to change, but I have no idea what I actually want.”

A Little About Me

I became a therapist because I value being able to support people through difficult or uncertain chapters of their lives. I especially enjoy helping people better understand themselves, recognize the patterns shaping their experiences, and feel more empowered in the choices they make.

Outside of therapy, I live with my partner and our cat. I love reading, taking yoga classes, spending time with family and friends, and finding hidden antique treasures to style our home.
