I work with adults 18 and older—especially minorities and first-generation clients—who want to better understand themselves, their emotions, and their relationships. Many of the people I support feel like they’re living on autopilot, struggling to follow through on what they want, or unsure how their past continues to shape their present.

What to Expect

Sessions are open-ended and client-driven. We’ll start with a check-in and focus on what feels most immediate. From there, I help you reflect, build insight, connect what’s coming up to your goals, and identify clear, realistic action steps. Sessions are intentionally structured enough to support change, while still allowing space for your story to unfold.

The first session includes getting to know you, understanding what brought you to therapy, discussing past therapy experiences, and walking through how I work. I’ll also explain my therapeutic approach in everyday language so you feel informed and empowered from the start.

Between sessions, I often provide highly tailored exercises designed to turn insight into real-life habit change and stronger coping skills.

A Little About Me

I became a therapist because I wanted to be the change I wished to see around mental health in South Asian communities. Outside of work, I love summer, simple pleasures, and carving out quiet moments of reflection.

I may not be the best fit for concerns related to OCD, active suicidal ideation, addiction, or schizophrenia.
