You Have A Lot Going On

The constant worry has you exhausted. The pit in your stomach and the pounding of your heart keeps you from enjoying life. Your mind races and negative self-talk loops endlessly through your brain. The unrelenting stress leaves you feeling scared, shy, uneasy and maybe even depressed. You’re starting to get anxiety about your anxiety, and you need it to stop.

While everyone faces anxiety and stress, how we experience these sensations- and how they impact our everyday functioning - makes all the difference.

We use proven, evidence-based methods to help you manage stress and handle life. Whether you struggle with social anxiety, perfectionism, or panic attacks (or all of the above), we will find a practical approach for reducing your symptoms, improving your coping strategies and getting your life where you want it to be.

We will tackle your anxiety by building a treatment plan that includes the following:

Definition

Together, we will determine exactly the type of anxiety you have, identify the primary triggers and discuss how it shows up each day in your life.

Education

We will help you better understand the neurobiological mechanics of anxiety. We will teach you how the brain and body work in unison to produce specific thoughts, sensations and behaviors.

Inventory

We’ll take a deep dive into your lifestyle, sleep patterns, dietary habits and exercise routine. We’ll determine if we can make reasonable adjustments that will lessen your anxiety naturally and holistically.

Reduction

We’ll figure out the early warning signs of your anxiety and work on strategies to stop it in its tracks. We will consider the full range of treatment possibilities such as supplements, technology, mindfulness, relaxation and whether speaking to a doctor about medication would be helpful.

Management

We’ll develop an arsenal of effective coping techniques that you can use throughout your day in every scenario imaginable.

You will feel strong, confident and assured in your ability to handle whatever life throws at you.
