Some sessions may push you, and through reflection, experimentation, and support, you will gain insight, confidence, and practical skills to strengthen your capacity to move with intention. Every session is designed to help you feel life more fully and connect meaningfully with the people who matter most.

What You Need to Know About Me

Family, connection, and curiosity are at the heart of who I am. As a mom of three daughters and a wife, I know firsthand how vital connection, communication, and presence are. I live with intention and focus on building meaningful relationships, values that shape how I show up in the therapy room. With master’s degrees in clinical counseling and Sport Psychology, I support adults, teens, and couples navigating trauma, relationships, performance pressures, and life transitions. My approach is relational, human-centered, and compassionate, offering support and challenge in equal measure.

When I am not working, you will find me planning our next family adventure, cheering at a sporting event, or capturing life’s moments through photography. My community work and advocacy reflect the same values I bring to therapy: connection, empowerment, and supporting people in living with purpose. Life outside the office fuels the energy, perspective, and creativity I bring to every session.
