Therapy for adults seeking clarity, balance, and a life that feels more meaningful

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from what matters most, therapy can be a space to slow down and realign. I work with adults who want support navigating boundaries, relationships, substance use concerns, executive functioning challenges, and trauma-related stress—while building a life that feels more purposeful and aligned with their values. I also support individuals working to re-establish a sense of safety after trauma, at a pace that feels steady and supportive.

Specialties:

  • Executive Functioning
  • Substance Use Concerns
  • Anxiety, Burn Out and Chronic Stress
  • Navigating and Holding Boundaries
  • Relationships

What To Expect:

My style is warm, grounded, collaborative, thoughtful, and gently challenging. Clients often describe sessions as a steady, non-judgmental space where they can slow down, replace self-criticism with self-compassion, and begin prioritizing what truly matters. I focus on helping you feel understood first, then gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck—always at a pace that feels respectful and collaborative.

Sessions are collaborative and responsive to your needs. We’ll check in on what’s been coming up, explore emotional, relational, or behavioral patterns, and connect those experiences back to your values and goals. I may offer reflections, practical tools, or skills to support insight and follow-through—especially around boundaries, relationships, and executive functioning. In the first session, we’ll focus on getting to know your story, building safety and clarity, and identifying what you hope to gain from therapy. When helpful, I’ll suggest between-session practices such as values-based reflections, mindfulness, boundary-setting exercises, or small, realistic steps to support change.

We Might Be a Fit If You Feel…

  • “I feel on edge all the time and don’t feel safe in my body or relationships.”

  • “I’m busy and exhausted, but my life doesn’t feel meaningful.”

  • “I’m meeting everyone else’s expectations and losing sight of what matters to me.”

A Little About Me

I believe lasting change happens when people feel safe and supported enough to be honest with themselves—and when growth is built through small, intentional steps. My work draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, and mindfulness, self-compassion, and trauma-informed practices. I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), and hold an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University. I also work from a harm-reduction and recovery-support perspective and frequently support clients stepping down from IOP/PHP.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy being outdoors—hiking, dirt biking, gardening, embracing winter adventures—and spending meaningful time with friends and loved ones. If you’re ready to explore your values, build self-compassion, and create a life that feels more intentional, I’d be glad to work with you.

* I may not be the best fit for advice-driven therapy, single-modality trauma work, or higher levels of care beyond outpatient.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded, reconnect with what matters to you, and take meaningful steps toward a more fulfilling life, I’d be glad to work with you.
