I want you to experience a space where you can show up fully and begin to untangle what’s heavy, confusing, or overwhelming. My goal is for you to leave our work feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected to your own wisdom. Together, we will build insight and develop tools to help you reclaim your sense of self in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and direct—with space for humor, honesty, and zero judgment. While I enjoy working with all adults, I work especially well with high-achieving adults who appear to have it together, but internally feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. You don’t need another place to perform—you need a space where you can actually breathe, feel heard, and get clear about what you want. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, major life transitions, or relationship challenges, I’ll help you make sense of what’s going on and how it’s affecting you. I’ll ask meaningful questions, offer honest reflections, and help you recognize patterns that may be getting in your way. Together, we’ll build tools that help you manage stress, regulate emotions, and move forward with clarity and purpose so you can start feeling more connected to yourself and the life you want to lead.
I’m currently training to become a licensed professional counselor through Northwestern University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. I have nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources, where I’ve spent my career supporting people through challenges, transitions, and personal growth. I’m excited to deepen this work through the counseling profession’s emphasis on development, prevention, and wellness.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my family, and I’m always on the hunt for new restaurants or recipes to try out. I also enjoy taking yoga classes where I attempt to look like a pretzel – sometimes successfully, sometimes not, but always with a sense of humor and a willingness to fall over trying.
