First Things First

It’s important that every client who sits with me feels genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Life can be demanding—especially when carrying burdens alone—and my aim is to help cultivate a space where you can pause, breathe, and reflect. Together, we’ll work to foster an environment that gives you the confidence to move forward authentically, leaving each session with greater calm, clarity, and trust in your own resilience.

What To Expect From Our Work Together

You can expect a partnership built on deep listening, thoughtful inquiry, and practical tools tailored to fit your unique circumstances. We’ll uncover patterns that might be holding you back, explore what truly matters to you, and develop strategies for easing stress, quieting self-doubt, and nurturing healthier habits. My style is approachable, steady, and compassionate—offering gentle challenges when necessary, but always grounded in empathy and respect. The goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to empower you to feel more centered, confident, and equipped for life’s challenges.

What You Need to Know About Me

Balance is a guiding value in my life—I strive to work diligently, yet also honor the need for rest and restoration when it’s needed most. I personally understand the complexities of juggling multiple roles while wanting to show up wholeheartedly for what matters.

My roots are in the Chicago suburbs, and the city has remained my home since finishing college. Prior to pursuing my graduate degree in Counseling, I spent eight years in the business sector. Yoga teacher training and recovering from a significant injury led me to reevaluate my path and embrace this work wholeheartedly.
Outside of sessions, you’ll likely find me at a hot yoga studio, walking along the lakeshore, or connecting with friends and family. I am completing graduate training in counseling, with a special focus on evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness. My passion lies in supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, stress, and life transitions—helping them find practical, meaningful ways to thrive.
