As your therapist, you can expect to receive an understanding and compassionate provider. I will uphold your dignity as an individual while equally challenging your innate ability and desire to thrive and excel. Our sessions will strive to open you up to new areas of self-explorations, learning, and development.
I choose to position myself as a learner of your unique life experiences as we work together to achieve your desired and therapeutic goals. Our communication and relationship model would reflect one of mutual respect and value for our individual differences or similarities.
*What you Need to Know About Me*
I love meeting new people and learning their stories and I have always had a passion for the wellness of others. I was intrigued early in life by what caused illnesses which led to acquiring a bachelor’s degree in microbiology. Having gained some knowledge on biological aspects of ailments, I fascinated once again on aspects of emotional and mental health, leading to a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling.
I am currently pursuing my doctoral degree in counseling, I desire to add my knowledge and experience in creating mental health awareness and program development that encourage and enhance the availability and utilization of mental health services.
